We are ideally located in the northern most region of South Africa, known as the Limpopo Province, which is renowned for its nature preserves such as the world famous Kruger National Park. The vast majority of our clients take a one or two day tour of the park, guided by ourselves. This area is blessed with enormous animal and plant diversity as well as its beautiful terrain.

If you exit the USA from Washington or Atlanta, you will need to spend one night in Johannesburg, where we have very reliable agents who will meet you, walk you through the customs and passport control and assist you in clearing your rifles to enter the country. They will then take you to your accommodation for the night and return you in the morning. You will need a valid passport (no visa required) to fly to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, South Africa, and catch a connecting flight to Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport. Here you will be met by a representative of the company and driven at no extra charge to our main camp.  The drive is just under one hour.

Should you fly from New York, you will also be met by our agent, walked through the process and you will be able to catch your connecting flight on the same day.

Once you have your dates firmed up, we will furnish you with the necessary documentation to apply for the smooth process of the temporary importation of your firearm(s).

Due to the fact that both Kate and Phil are qualified wildlife biologists, we feel that this offers you a lot more than a mere safari. We like to share our knowledge and enthusiasm for the environment with our visitors and enjoy seeing their own excitement at observing the many different animals, birds and plants around us.

There is more than enough for the non-hunters to do in the vicinity and you only need enquire about your own particular field of interest

In South Africa, we can hunt year round, but the best months are April to September. April and October are excellent photo safari months, but our climate is mild enough to do this at any time of year.

During our winter (June to end August) temperatures range from low 60’s to mid 80’s.

Due to the milder climate, no heavy outdoor gear is necessary. We prefer darker shades of khaki or olive green. Camouflage is fine but not necessary.

We provide a daily laundry service, so you can pack light.

A bit More

We feel strongly that it is right to give back to the less fortunate communities in our area. To participate in this concept, please let us know and we can advise you further.

We thank you for your interest and look forward to a long and happy friendship in adventure!
